- Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays to ensure live plants do not remain trapped in transit. - Payment Modes on Delivery
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payments via Paytm QR Code Scanner at the time of delivery. Please ensure correct cash amount or your Paytm app is ready when the delivery partner arrives. - Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location in India. - Damage Inspection
Abhimanu Nursery takes utmost care in packaging live plants. If you receive your package in a damaged condition, please take clear photos or an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery and contact our support team.
