Return and Refund Policy

Our focus at Abhimanu Nursery is complete customer satisfaction. Since we deliver live plants exclusively within Gurgaon via our next-day service, we maintain a highly personalized and transparent policy for returns and refunds.

  1. Live Plants Verification upon Delivery
  • Since we hand-deliver live plants fresh within Gurgaon, we encourage customers to inspect the plants thoroughly at the time of delivery.
  • If a plant appears damaged or unhealthy upon arrival, you can hand it back to our delivery partner immediately. Once accepted in good condition, live plants cannot be returned.
  1. Reporting Window for Hidden Damage
    If you notice any severe transit damage after the delivery partner leaves, you must report it to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs of the damage.
  2. Pots, Tools, and Gardening Accessories
    Non-perishable items like plastic pots, stands, and unused gardening tools can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are completely unused and retained in their original packaging.
